In order to keep the siding of our house in good condition, We stain a different side every year. This summer I decided to hire Broom Painting and his painters to do one of the more difficult sides of the house that are 30 feet high in some places and is close to the hydro lines into the house.
When Kyle came to the house with his crew of painters to start the job, he noted that there were a few places where the old stain was starting to peel. He told his painters to first scrape off this peeling before starting their staining.
I was impressed that Kyle took such care in his work to do this initial work—especially when this was not part of our contract. Overall I was very pleased with Kyle’s professional approach to his work and the resulting appearance.
